We shall not be liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the concerned product.

We shall also not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your Order ID, clear photographs, and an unboxing video (if available).

  • Email us at support@jewellerybytwins.com.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

After verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit or another resolution as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times.

If the shipment is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the shipment

the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Upon customer request, the order can be re-shipped after payment of the applicable re-shipping charges.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-dispatch will be processed only after full payment of the order value along with the applicable shipping charges has been received.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Jewellery by Twins operates its principal place of business.
