Shipping Across India

JewlleryByTwins delivers across India through trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. We carefully pack every order to maintain the quality and condition of your jewellery during transit.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details and AWB number.

  • If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, our team will notify you at the earliest.

Track Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link along with the courier details. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important:
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for successful delivery, as many courier partners follow OTP-based delivery verification. If the OTP cannot be verified and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping charges.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to selected countries.

  • International orders are generally delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures or local courier operations.

Shipping Charges

Orders Within India

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping and COD handling fee may apply at checkout, depending on your location and order value.

International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and total package weight. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.

International shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in the shipment being returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
