1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Your parcel will be delivered safely to your doorstep, no matter which country you live in.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–3 working days (not applicable for customised orders)
Delivery Time:
India: 3–8 working days
International: 7–15 working days (for normal shipping)
(Transit time may vary slightly depending on courier delays, customs clearance, or festive seasons.)
3. Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes! We offer Express Shipping for urgent orders.
Charges vary based on your destination and priority.
You can contact us on WhatsApp for express shipping cost before placing your order.
4. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for any order due to hygiene, safety, and the made-to-order nature of jewellery pieces.
5. What if I receive a damaged product?
We offer a free exchange only if the product is received damaged during transit.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video.
Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
6. Do you accept exchanges for size or color preference?
No. Exchanges are not applicable for size, color, or design preferences.
Exchange is valid only in case of damage during transit.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing and securing your product immediately.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
For India: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer
For International Orders: Full advance payment via PayPal, Western Union, Bank Transfer, or Remitly
