Welcome to Jewellery by Twins. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any reason.
Jewellery items are delicate, hygiene-sensitive, and often customized or made on order basis. Therefore, returns are not allowed once the order is placed and shipped.
Please ensure that you check all product images/videos, details, size guides, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Exchange Policy (Only if Damaged in Transit)
We offer Free Exchange only in cases where a product is received damaged or defective due to shipping transit.
To process an exchange:
Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video showing parcel opening must be provided as proof.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Once approved, we will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
Note:
Exchange is not applicable for dislikes, size/colour preference changes, custom/made-to-order pieces, or sale/clearance items.
3. Important Notes
Return pick-up availability depends on the delivery pin code.
In case pick-up service is not available, the customer may need to courier the parcel back.
Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification (only for approved damage cases).We always pack with strong protection standards, but in the rare event of transit damage, we will provide full support for replacement.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
